Terms of booking

A booking is a request until payment is verified

Submitting the form sends your request to Gold Rides operations. Gold Rides checks availability and agrees the final amount before payment. Your booking is confirmed on WhatsApp only after Gold Rides verifies payment. Driver details follow payment verification. Until confirmation no car is reserved.

Prices

Prices on the rate card are one way, in Saudi riyals, per vehicle, for the routes listed. No VAT is added to these prices. Routes not listed are quoted on request. Flights and pickup times

For airport pickups, the pickup time is set from your flight's landing time. [Free waiting time, what happens if the flight is late, and any waiting charge: to be confirmed by Gold Rides.] Give us the correct flight number; a wrong number can mean a driver at the wrong time.

Changes and cancellation

Refunds and no-shows

Passengers and luggage

Each vehicle class shows a typical number of seats and bags at booking; checked bags and hand luggage both count. Gold Rides confirms that the car fits your group and luggage before payment. The driver may decline to carry more than the vehicle safely holds.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer to the Trade Wings International Co account shown after you send your request. Transfer only after Gold Rides has confirmed availability and the final amount on WhatsApp, and put your booking reference in the transfer note. Your booking is confirmed only when Gold Rides has received the money and tells you so on WhatsApp. We never ask you to pay into a personal account.
