Gold Rides provides ground transport in Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Gold Rides is operated by Trade Wings International Company, a limited liability company registered in Saudi Arabia, Commercial Registration (national number) 7054462564. This page says what we collect when you book a ride and what we do with it. Last updated 26 October 2026.
What we collect
- Your name and WhatsApp number, so a person can confirm the booking and the driver can reach you.
- Your email address, required for your booking records.
- If you book for someone else, the traveller's name and their phone number in Saudi Arabia; and the record that you accepted the terms of booking.
- Your route, dates, hotel names, flight number, passenger and bag counts, so the right car is at the right place at the right time.
- The page you booked from and, if you came from an advert, which one. [Web host and what its server logs keep: to be confirmed at launch.]
We do not ask for passport numbers, visa documents or card details on this site.
How we use it
To confirm and carry out your booking, to assign a driver, to time the pickup to your flight, and to message you about it on WhatsApp. Booking records are kept in a Google Sheets spreadsheet controlled by [account owner: Gold Rides / Trade Wings to confirm]. We do not sell them. We share them only as needed to provide your ride: with the driver assigned to your ride (name, pickup point, time and passenger count for that ride only), and with the services we use to run bookings, Google (storage and email) and WhatsApp (messages), which may store data outside Saudi Arabia.
How long we keep it
[How long booking records are kept: to be confirmed by Gold Rides.] Receipts and payment records are kept for as long as Saudi tax and commercial record rules require. You can ask us on WhatsApp to see, correct or delete your other details, or for a copy; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

ما نجمعه
- اسمك ورقم واتساب، ليؤكد موظف الحجز ويتواصل معك السائق.
- بريدك الإلكتروني، وهو مطلوب لسجلات حجزك.
- إذا حجزت لشخص آخر، اسم المسافر ورقم هاتفه في المملكة؛ وسجل موافقتك على شروط الحجز.
- المسار والتواريخ وأسماء الفنادق ورقم الرحلة وعدد الركاب والحقائب، لتكون السيارة المناسبة في المكان والوقت الصحيحين.
- الصفحة التي حجزت منها، والإعلان الذي وصلت منه إن وُجد. [مزود الاستضافة وما تحفظه سجلات الخادم: يؤكد عند الإطلاق.]
لا نطلب أرقام الجوازات أو وثائق التأشيرة أو بيانات البطاقات في هذا الموقع.
كيف نستخدمها
لتأكيد الحجز وتنفيذه، وتعيين السائق، وضبط موعد الاستقبال مع رحلتك، ومراسلتك عبر واتساب بشأنه. تُحفظ سجلات الحجز في جدول Google Sheets تتحكم فيه [مالك الحساب: تؤكده جولد رايدز / Trade Wings]. لا نبيعها، ولا نشاركها إلا بقدر ما يلزم لتنفيذ مشوارك: مع السائق المعيّن لمشوارك (الاسم ونقطة الانطلاق والوقت وعدد الركاب لذلك المشوار فقط)، ومع الخدمات التي نستخدمها لإدارة الحجوزات، Google (التخزين والبريد) وواتساب (الرسائل)، وقد تحفظ هذه الخدمات البيانات خارج المملكة.
مدة الاحتفاظ
[مدة الاحتفاظ بسجلات الحجز: تؤكدها جولد رايدز.] نحتفظ بالإيصالات وسجلات الدفع للمدة التي تتطلبها أنظمة الضريبة والسجلات التجارية في المملكة. يمكنك أن تطلب منا عبر واتساب الاطلاع على بياناتك الأخرى أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الحصول على نسخة منها، ونرد خلال 30 يوماً. وإن لم تكن راضياً يمكنك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
